中隔内注射与牙周膜注射在乳牙牙髓炎根管治疗时麻醉效果的对比观察

Comparison of the anesthesia effect between intraseptal injection and periodontal ligament injection for the treatment of pulpitis in deciduous teeth

目的:比较在乳牙牙髓炎根管治疗时中隔内注射与牙周膜两种注射方式的麻醉效果及临床意义。方法:纳入80例乳牙牙髓炎患儿,于治疗前按照随机方式分别采取中隔内注射(IS组)及牙周膜注射(PL组)(n=40)进行局麻麻醉;采用Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表,所有患儿于麻醉后立即对注射时疼痛感打分,治疗后立即对治疗过程疼痛感打分,及治疗结束24 h后电话回访对治疗后疼痛感打分;将3组数据整理并统计分析。结果:IS组和PL组的注射疼痛感分别为5.72±1.32和6.63±1.28分(P<0.01),治疗过程疼痛感分别为2.80±1.19和2.46±1.33分(P>0.05),治疗后疼痛感分别为1.22±1.15和1.74±1.13分(P<0.05)。结论:在乳牙牙髓炎根管治疗时中隔内注射与牙周膜注射的麻醉效果相当,中隔内注射在麻醉进行时及治疗后具有更低的疼痛感。

Objective: To investigate the anesthetic effect and clinical significance of intraseptal injection and periodontal ligament injection for the treatment of pulpitis in deciduous teeth. Methods: 80 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth were given intraseptal injection(group IS) and periodontal ligament injection(group PL)(n=40) before operation. With Wong-Baker method, all children were given a score of pain immediately after the anesthesia, after treatment and 24 hours after treatment. Data were sorted and analyzed statistically. Results: The injection pain in group IS and PL was 5.72±1.32 and 6.63±1.28(P<0.01), the treatment pain 2.80±1.19 and 2.46±1.33(P>0.05), the 24 h after treatment pain 1.22±1.15 and 1.74±1.13(P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion: In treatment of pulpitis in deciduous teeth, the effect of intraseptal injection and periodontal membrane injection is similar, and the intraseptal injection has lower pain sensation during anesthesia and after treatment.
