福建省不同主体功能区“三生”空间格局演化研究

A Study on the Spatiotemporal Pattern Changes of “Agricultural-Living & Non-agricultural Production-Ecological” in Different Major Function-oriented Zones of Fujian Province

以主体功能区格局为基底,以县域行政单元为研究尺度,构建"三生"空间分类体系,研究分析福建省及其各主体功能区在《福建省主体功能区规划》实施前后的"三生"空间格局及其演变特征.结果显示:规划实施后,各主体功能区的农业生产空间和生态空间用地的变化幅度和速度有不同程度的减缓趋势,且生活-非农业生产空间规模在不同主体功能区间呈现差别化增长,即优化开发区城镇化规模增长速度得到合理控制,而重点开发区、农产品主产区与重点生态功能区进一步推近人口向城镇集中,城镇化建设适度加快等.针对研究结果提出相应建议,为今后福建省各主体功能区制定具体的发展规划提供参考.

Based on the perspective of major function-oriented zones and the scale of county administrative unit,this paper constructs the spatial classification system of "agricultural-living & non-agricultural-ecological" space and analyzes its spatiotemporal pattern and evolution characteristics of Fujian province and of different major functional oriented zones before and since the implementation of "Planning of Fujian Province’s Major Function Oriented Zoning".The results show that the dynamic degree of agricultural and ecological space in each major functional oriented zones decreased to varying degrees,and the spatial scale of living & non-agricultural space presented differential growth in different main functional zones,that is,the growth rate of urbanization in optimal development zones has been reasonably controlled,while key development zones,main agricultural production zones and key ecological function zones have further pushed the population to be concentrated into cities and towns,and the urbanization construction has been moderately accelerated.This paper can provide references for the specific development planning of the major function-oriented zones of Fujian Province in the future.
