摘要
[目的/意义]情报感知能够将被动响应转变为主动感知,将情报"醒得早"、"看得远"的特质与研究领域内容演化结合,为深刻解读学科发展脉络、归纳发展规律和预测发展走向提供新思路。[研究设计/方法]使用双图叠加分析法,从Web of Science数据库抽取八个与信息服务词意相通的关键词,得到涉及信息服务并涵盖所有学科的文献为数据源,以突现性对研究热点不同阶段进行划分,以Dual-map和共现叠加图谱探究学科内容演化的脉络规律。[结论/发现]以学科关联描绘信息服务研究的范式转化过程,区分出不同时代的演化阶段性特征和演化规律,形成了信息服务未来发展走向的预判。[创新/价值]推进了情报感知理论发展,提出了基于情报感知的复杂问题分析体系。
[Purpose/Significance]Information awareness can transform passive response into active perception, which fully reflects the characteristics of "quick response" and "foresight" of information. They are interrelated with the research on content evolution in this field. It can provide news idea for deeply understanding the evolution trajectory, inducting the developing laws, and predicting the development trends of this field.[Design/Methodology]By using the bigraphical superposition analysis, eight keywords related to information services were extracted from the Web of Science database, and the literature about information services in all disciplines was obtained as data source. Research hotspots were grouped for different stages according to the bursts, and the laws of discipline evolution were explored with the use of Dual-map and co-occurrence overlay. [Findings/Conclusion]Correlations of disciplines have been used to depict the paradigm transformation process of research on information service, characteristics at different evolutionary stages have been distinguished, and the evolutionary laws of information services have been extracted. Additionally, the future development trend of information service have been recognized and predicted. [Originality/Value]The theory of information awareness has been advanced, and an analyzing system of complex issues has been proposed for information awareness.
