摘要
采用正念注意量表、自悯量表、时间压力量表和津巴多时间洞察力量表对825名大学生进行问卷调查,考察正念对时间洞察力的影响,以及自悯和时间压力的中介作用.结果表明:①正念与自悯、过去积极时间洞察力、未来时间洞察力正相关;正念对过去消极时间洞察力、现在宿命时间洞察力、现在享乐时间洞察力有负向预测作用;自悯对时间压力有负向预测作用.②自悯与时间压力分别在正念与时间洞察力之间起中介作用;自悯与时间压力在正念与时间洞察力之间起链式中介作用.由此可见,正念除了可以直接影响时间洞察力,还可以通过自悯与时间压力的链式中介作用间接影响大学生的时间洞察力.
The purpose of the present study was to explore the chain mediating effects of self-compassion and time pressure in the relationship between mindfulness and time perspective in college students. A total of 825 college students were surveyed with the Chinese versions of Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS), Self-Compassion Scale(SCS), Time Pressure Scale(TPS) and Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory(ZTPI). The results were as follows. Mindfulness was shown to be in significant positive correlations with self-compassion, past positive time perspective and future-oriented time perspective and in significant negative correlations with past negative time perspective, present fatalistic time perspective and present hedonistic time perspective, and self-compassion was in a significant negative correlation with time pressure. Self-compassion and time pressure separately played a mediating role between mindfulness and time perspective;and self-compassion and time pressure played a chain mediating effect between mindfulness and time perspective in college students. In conclusion, not only may mindfulness directly affect time perspective in college students, it also may indirectly influence their time perspective through the chain mediating effects of self-compassion and time pressure.
