Research on the Risk Prevention and Improvement of Contract Terms of Private Sectors in PPP Project

分析目前PPP项目合同存在的主要问题,有针对性地从合作期限、产出标准/服务要求等6个方面阐述合同主要条款的风险及防范,并探讨社会资本方在市场测试、项目采购和采购结果及确认谈判等环节完善合同条款内容。

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in PPP contract at present,and elaborates the risks and prevention of the main contract terms from six aspects,such as cooperation duration,output standard/service requirements and so on.Then,explores how private sector perfect the contents of the contract terms in the aspects of market testing,project procurement and confirmation and negotiation of procurement results.
