圈层发展模式下雄安国际金融中心构建

The Construction of Xiong’an International Financial Center under the Hierarchy Development Model

国际金融中心的建设受到世界各国的重视,其圈层发展模式逐渐取代点式发展模式而成为新趋势。在京津冀协同发展及雄安新区规划建设两大国家战略之下,构建雄安国际金融中心、打造京津雄国际金融中心圈是推动战略落实的重要举措。在回顾国际金融中心圈层发展相关理论及展现纽约、伦敦和香港三大国际金融中心圈演进现实的基础上,分析构建雄安国际金融中心的重要意义,并从顶层设计、金融机构、基础设施、法律监管、人文环境等方面提出实现路径。

The construction of international financial center has been paid much attention by countries all over the world, and its hierarchy development mode has gradually replaced the point development mode and become a new trend. Under the two national strategies of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and planning and construction of Xiong’an New Area, it is an important measure to build Xiong’an international financial center and Beijing-Tianjing-Xiong’an international financial center circle. On the basis of reviewing the theory of development in international financial center circle and showing the real evidence in New York, London and Hong Kong, the paper analyzed the significance of Xiong’an international financial center, and put forward some realization paths from the top design, financial institutions, infrastructure and legal regulation, as well as humanistic environment.
