采用BCM催化剂在Innovene装置上开发高橡胶含量抗冲共聚聚丙烯 被引量:9

摘要 采用BCM催化剂并研究了其性能。结果表明:BCM催化剂活性高,活性衰减速率慢,氢调敏感性好,定向能力高,制备的聚丙烯粉料细粉含量低;使用该催化剂在200 kt/a的Innovene气相聚丙烯装置上通过氢调法成功制备了高橡胶含量抗冲共聚聚丙烯K9017H,生产负荷达23.0~23.5 t/h;装置运行平稳,K9017H粉料的细粉和超细粉质量分数均低于0.1%;K9017H粒料的弯曲模量达987 MPa,冲击强度达60.8 kJ/m^2,具有优异的刚韧平衡性。 BCM catalyst was used and characterized.The results show that the catalyst has high polymerization activity,slow activity decay rate,good hydrogen sensitivity and high directional ability.The polypropylene powder prepared has low content of fine.High rubber content impact polypropylene K9017H was successfully prepared via hydrogen modulation using BCM catalyst in a 200000 t/a Innovene gas phase polypropylene plant.The plant run in stable with a load of 23.0-23.5 t/h.Both the content of fine and superfine powder in the copolymer are less than 0.1%.The flexural modulus and impact strength of the resin are 987 MPa and 60.8 kJ/m^2 respectively,which represent excellent rigidity-toughness balance.
