知识产权战略实施以来,我国知识产权拥有量大幅增加,促进知识产权的高效利用成为新的市场目标。随着知识产权交易市场不断发展,逐步形成了"多对多"的新型市场,本文对这一市场进行研究,旨在探寻知识产权在该市场转让的合理定价。本文将时间因素和基于技术因素、市场因素、国家政策以及评估目的的综合因素作为影响转让双方对知识产权估价的重要因素,通过双向拍卖模型进行推导,最终给出知识产权转让的参考定价,为现实生活中的转让定价提供理论基础。最后得出以下结论:(1)参与各方的议价能力将对最终的转让价格产生重要影响;(2)加入时间因素使转让定价更加公允,也在一定程度加速了转让交易的完成;(3)转让市场存在柠檬市场效应中的逆向选择问题,建议政府完善监管体系,促进知识产权转让市场健康发展。

Since the implementation of the intellectual property strategy, China’s intellectual property ownership has increased significantly, and the promotion of the efficient use of intellectual property has become a new market goal. With the continuous development of the intellectual property transaction market, a new market of "many-to-many"has gradually formed. This paper studies this market in order to explore the reasonable pricing of intellectual property rights in this market. In this paper, the time factor and the comprehensive factors based on technical factors, market factors, national policies and evaluation purposes are taken as important factors affecting the valuation of intellectual property rights by both parties. They are derived through the two-way auction model, and finally the reference pricing of intellectual property transfer is given.Real-life transfer pricing provides a theoretical basis. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) the bargaining power of the participating parties will have an important impact on the final transfer price;(2) the time factor will make the transfer pricing more fair, and also accelerate the completion of the transfer transaction to a certain extent;The transfer market has the problem of adverse selection in the lemon market effect. It is recommended that the government improve the supervision system and promote the healthy development of the intellectual property transfer market.
