摘要
本文基于2008-2017年我国奶牛养殖的成本收益和DHI测定的宏观数据,首先使用随机前沿固定效应模型,测度了我国奶牛养殖的技术效率;然后,利用最小二乘法估计DHI测定和养殖规模对我国奶牛养殖技术效率的影响。研究结果显示:我国奶牛养殖技术效率的平均值为0.74,并且在2008-2017年变化不明显;DHI测定可以显著增加奶牛养殖技术效率,降低技术效率的波动。相对于散养,大规模养殖的技术效率更高,但是对技术效率的波动没有影响。我国政府应该继续加强对DHI政策的支持,并且适度的增加大规模奶牛养殖,提高我国奶牛养殖的技术效率。
Based on the cost-benefit and DHI macro-data of China’s dairy farming in 2008-2017,the paper firstly uses the stochastic frontier fixed effect model to measure the technical efficiency of dairy farming in China.Then,using the least squares method to estimate DHI and culture.The impact of scale on the efficiency of dairy farming technology in China.The results show that the average efficiency of dairy farming technology in China is 0.74,and the change is not obvious in 2008-2017;DHI measurement can significantly increase the efficiency of dairy farming technology and reduce the fluctuation of technical efficiency.Large-scale farming is more efficient than free-range farming,but has no effect on fluctuations in technical efficiency.The Chinese government should continue to strengthen support for the DHI policy,and moderately increase large-scale dairy farming to improve the technical efficiency of dairy farming in China.
