全球化带来的不同文明之间的碰撞和摩擦,给人类提出了人类文明向何处去的时代课题。面对这一时代课题,站在不同立场上的思想家提出了文明冲突论、文明同化论、文化保守主义、文化相对主义、文明对话论等不同的理论主张,但这些主张在理论和实践上都存在着难以克服的悖论。习近平提出的文明交流互鉴论从历史唯物主义的视野,深刻阐明了全球化时代人类文明的发展方向,从而为构建人类命运共同体提供了文化路径。

The collision and friction between different civilizations brought by globalization has given mankind the question of where the human civilization goes.In the face of this subject of the era,thinkers who stand on different positions have proposed different theoretical proposals such as clash of civilizations,cultural assimilation,cultural conservatism,cultural relativism,and civilization dialogue.However,all these proposals will confront a paradox hard to overcome both in theory and in practice.From the perspective of historical materialism,Xi Jinping has put forward thetheory of civilization exchange and mutual learning,profoundly clarified the development direction of human civilization in the era of globalization,thus provided a cultural path for building a community with shared future for mankind.
