基于ADVISOR二次开发的HEV动力系统设计及仿真 被引量:4

摘要 以华晨某车型为参照对象,根据并联式混合动力结构特点对参考车型匹配设计,选取合适的发动机、电动机以及电池等部件,应用ADVISOR软件建立整车模型,针对ADVISOR软件只有前驱汽车模型的局限性,对其进行二次开发,将建立好的后驱模型嵌入到ADVISOR软件中,分析仿真结果将前驱仿真模型和后驱仿真模型进行比较,并将匹配好的新车型与传统模型比较。分析仿真曲线能够得出,新车型的各项指标均能满足目标要求,并且动力性、燃油经济性和排放性等均比原来有所提高,这为今后混合动力汽车的研究提供了理论依据。 Taking one prototype car of hua chen as the reference object,according to the characteristics of parallel hybrid system,the system parameters matching design of reference vehicle model were carried out.Select the right engine,electric motor,batteries and other components,the simulation model of the full vehicle power system was established based on the ADVISOR software platform.According to?the limitations of the ADVISOR software only has front-wheel drive model,ADVISOR was redeveloped so that it can be applied to the simulation of rear-wheel drive HEV.Compared the front-wheel drive simulation model to the rear-wheel drive simulation model and compared parallel hybrid to prototype car in terms of the simulation.Analysis of the simulation results can be drawn that the performance parameters meet the designed requirements.Meanwhile the power,fuel economy and emission performance are better than the original,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of hybrid power vehicles.
