摘要
针对样车试制中侧围激光熔焊工位的传统夹紧方式存在耗时费力的问题,设计了一种新型的随行夹紧装置,包含光源焦点前后双点滚动夹紧、曲率补偿、焊接平面自适应、恒定夹紧力调节及输出等功能。详细介绍了夹紧装置的机械结构以及气动控制原理,同时制作样品并进行侧围激光熔焊的实验,对夹紧装置在激光熔焊过程中起到的作用进行检验。通过与传统C型夹焊缝质量的对比结果表明,在随行夹紧的状态下焊接质量提升且节省近2个小时人工夹紧的处理过程,达到了高节拍的目标,适合产业化发展要求。
A new type of synchronous fixture used for prototype vehicles with laser welding was designed to replace traditional clamping method,whose function includes two-point rolling clamping around focal point,curvature compensation,welding plane adaption,adjustable output of constant clamping force and so on.Introduces mechanical structure and pneumatic principle in detail.Also does an experiment in laser welding with the physical fixture in order to verify the fixture of the play in the welding process.The results in contrast with C-type clamping of traditional method shows that,the fixture can improve the quality of welding and reduce two-hour process of manual clamping,being suitable for the request of industrialization development.
