摘要
提出一种新型客梯车,对旋转梯举升机构选择了中置双液压油缸直推式的举升机构,利用SolidWorks软件对该举升机构建立了三维实体模型,以此作为ADAMS虚拟样机模型的基础,进行了运动仿真。最后分析优化仿真结果,以铰接支点坐标位置为优化参数,以最大举升角为约束条件,减小液压缸最大工作压力为优化目标,最终获得了最优方案。其结果对后续客梯车旋转梯举升机构的设计及参数选定具有重要参考意义,为进一步的设计与优化研究提供了理论基础。
A new type of passenger boarding stairs,the whirl ladder chose double hydraulic oil cylinder of the lifting mechanism of straight push lifting mechanism,using SolidWorks software for the lifting mechanism established a three-dimensional entity model,as the base ADAMS virtual prototype model,the motion simulation.In the final analysis to optimize the simulation results to hinge pivot coordinates in order to optimize the parameters,to maximize the demotion angle as constraint conditions and reduce the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder as the optimization goal,finally obtained the optimal solution.The result of subsequent passenger boarding stairs design and parameter selection of lifting mechanism of whirl ladder has important reference meaning,in order to further study and optimization design provides a theoretical basis.
