With continuously improving technological level and expanding application range of fine blanking combined with extrusion process for sheet metal,the problem of lacking corresponding national standard to specify its process and technical specification is increasingly emerging,which causes inconvenience for general application of fine blanking combined with extrusion process.Based on the summary and analysis of technological development and industry status of fine blanking combined with extrusion process,the course and status of drafting and revising of standards in domestic fine blanking field were introduced in detail,and the urgency and necessity of developing national standards Sheet metal parts fabricated by fine blanking combined with extrusion process—Technological specification and Sheet metal parts fabricated by fine blanking combined with extrusion process—General specification were expounded.Simultaneously,the developing background and main technical contents of two standards were introduced in detail to guide the extensive enterprises of fine blanking to use the standard and regulate the development of fine blanking field.
