摘要
为延长螺杆钻具螺纹使用寿命,减少钻井成本,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建模并分析螺杆钻具螺纹连接处的应力分布,提出了3种优化设计方案:(1)双台肩螺纹设计;(2)加工应力减轻槽;(3)切削最末啮合齿。并对以上3种方案分别建立有限元模型,分析各优化方案的优化效果。研究表明:螺杆钻具螺纹应力整体呈U状分布,螺纹两端接触应力较高;3种优化方案分别能够使最大应力降低15.3%、8.52%、11%。这3种方案对螺杆钻具螺纹连接均有一定优化效果,为螺杆钻具螺纹连接优化设计提供一定理论依据。
In order to prolong the service life of screw drill and reduce the cost of well drilling,to use finite element analysis software ANSYS modelings and analyzes the stress at the thread connection of screwdrill.Three optimization design plans of the thread are put forward:(1)double shoulder thread design;(2)machining stress relief groove;(3)cutting the last teeth.The finite element models for above three plans were established,and the optimization effects of three plans are analyzed.The results show that the stress distribution at the thread connection of screwdrill is U-shaped as a whole,and the contact stress at both ends of the thread is higher than that in the middle.Three optimization designs can make the maximum stress of the thread reduced by 15.30%,8.52% and 11.00% respectively,which can provide a theoretical basis for optimization design of the thread of screwdrill.
