公共道德建设问题之哲学新探——基于道德认知发展理论的视角

A New Philosophical Investigation of the Construction of Public Morality——Based on the Perspective of Moral Cognitive Development Theory

公共道德作为维系社会公共生活秩序、规约个体思想与行为合法性的伦理依据与价值标准,在现代社会的发展中占据着重要的地位。然而,在公共道德建设的发展过程中,存在着不同层面的缺失问题。文章围绕当今公共道德建设历史发展背景中公德与私德、知行关系、社会发展与道德建设关系三方面的现状分析展开,致力于从现代哲学视角,基于道德认知发展理论对公共道德的建设做出内在本质的分析,通过外因与内因的结合,探求当代公共道德建设的可塑前景。

As the ethical basis and value standard for maintaining the order of social public life and regulating the legitimacy of individual thought and behavior,public morality plays an important role in the development of modern society.At the same time,it also shows different problems and has different levels of deficiencies.Through the analysis of the present situation of public morality and private morality,the disconnection of knowledge and practice,the relation between history and development,this paper is devoted to the analysis of the internal essence of the construction of public morality from the perspective of modern philosophy,which is based on the moral cognitive development theory.Moreover,it tries to explore the transformative and promising prospect of the construction of public morality in China through the combination of external and internal factors.
