摘要
分析了取自长庆油田采油八厂清罐污泥以及联合处理站含油污泥,分析了固相颗粒的粒径,发现30%以上的颗粒粒径超过209.3μm,还含有大量的铁元素和稠环芳烃。经高速分散机分散后,98%以上的颗粒粒径在100μm以下。随后分析了不同类型分散剂和悬浮剂对含油污泥的影响,优选出配方为:40%含油污泥+0.4%SAS-60+0.4%F-68+0.2%FPAM,在此基础上加入0.6%锆交联剂制成凝胶型含油污泥调剖体系。FPAM两亲性疏水缔合聚合物的特性使得该体系可以悬浮40%的含油污泥。选择铁56-102井为调剖试验井,在71 d内注入3个段塞共2305 m^3调剖剂,共利用纯含油污泥400 m^3,注入期间注入压力迅速升高约2.7 MPa后稳定在10.8 MPa。对应油井铁56-101和铁56-103含水分别下降11.5%和9.8%,日增油0.6 m^3/d和0.5 m^3/d。
The oily sludge from the 8th plant of Changqing oilfield in the cleaning tank and the combined treatment station have been analyzed,including the particle size of the solid phase particles,which showed that more than 30% of the particles have a particle size of more than 209.3μm and also contain a large amount of iron element and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.After dispersion,the size of solid particles which was more than 98%was reduced to be less than 100μm.The influences of different types dispersant and suspension of oily sludge were analyzed and determining the most suitable formula was:40% oily sludge+0.4% SAS-60+0.4% F-68+0.2% FPAM,then mixing the gelatinizing agent.Based on all of these,a novel gel oily sludge profile control system was prepared.The water injection well chosen for the profile modification pilot was iron 56-102 at reservoir layer.Totally 2305 m^3 profile control agent was injected in 3 slugs in 71 days and 400 m^3 of pure oily sludge was consumed.During profile control agent injection the injecting pressure was fast raised by about 2.7 MPa and kept at a level 10.8 MPa.The water content of corresponding well iron 56-101 and iron 56-103 was drop by 11.5% and 9.8% and 0.6 m^3/d and 0.5 m^3/d oil was produced additionally.
