摘要
为研究特种军用车辆在斜坡滚翻过程中驾驶员及副驾驶员运动姿态,确定乘员损伤评价及评价指标,针对某型战术车辆,采用有限元分析方法,放置Hybrid Ⅲ型假人有限元模型,通过LS-dyna有限元求解平台实现驾驶员不同滚翻方向边界条件下的车辆侧翻过程仿真,从而得到整车滚翻过程中乘员运动状态及各部位损伤并进行比较,确定乘员损伤评价指标。
In order to study the posture of the driver and the co-pilot in the process of slope rollover of special military vehicles,and determine the occupant damage evaluation and evaluation index.This article is for a certain type of tactical vehicle,using the finite element analysis method,place the Hybrid Ⅲ dummy finite element model.Through the LS-dyna finite element solution platform,realized the vehicle rollover process simulation under different rolling direction boundary conditions.Therefore,obtained the occupant s movement state and the injury index of each body part during the rolling process of the whole vehicle and compared to determine the occupant injury evaluation index.
