摘要 首先分析科技型中小企业创新项目的风险因素,构建科技型中小企业创新项目风险评估指标体系;然后在总结各种风险评估模型优势和劣势基础上,提出一种基于模糊C均值聚类的风险评估模型,并通过实例论证该模型的可行性及优越性。该评估模型基于部分代表性历史数据,得出的评估结果客观,而且程序简单、运算量小、容易实现,为有效评估我国"双创"背景下科技型中小企业创业项目的风险提供理论依据和方法支持参考。 Firstly, this paper analyzes the risk factors of innovation projects of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology, and constructs the risk assessment index system of innovation projects of small and mediumsized enterprises of science and technology. Then, on the basis of summing up the advantages and disadvantages of various risk assessment models, a risk assessment model based on fuzzy C-means clustering is proposed, and the feasibility and superiority of the model are demonstrated by an example. The evaluation model is based on some representative historical data, and the evaluation results are objective, simple in procedure, small in operation and easy to implement, which provides a reference for effectively evaluating the risk of start-up projects of science and technology SMEs under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in China.
