公平偏好视角下复杂产品共性技术供给模式研究

Common Technology Supply Mode of Complex Products from the Perspective of Fairness Preference

聚焦复杂产品,考虑多方合作的共性技术研发模式及研发企业的有限理性特征,引入合作研发效率、扩散度、公平偏好等参数,提炼政府补贴、政府不补贴、政府主导3种共性技术供给模式,构建Stackelberg博弈模型讨论政府最优补贴,比较各种模式下政府的收益。研究结果表明,市场主导的情况下政府提供一定的补贴能够提高产业总产出;政府的最优补贴受到相关参数的影响;公平偏好水平较低、扩散度较高时,政府补贴模式比政府主导模式收益要高。

This paper focuses on complex products, considers the common technology research and development model of multi-party cooperation and the limited rational characteristics of R&D enterprises, introduces the parameters such as cooperative R&D efficiency, diffusion degree, fair preference and so on, abstracts three kinds of common technology supply models: government subsidy, government non-subsidy, government-led three common technology supply models, constructs Stackelberg game model to discuss the government optimal subsidy, and compares the government income under various modes. The results show that under the market-oriented situation, the government can provide certain subsidies to increase the total output of the industry;the government’s optimal subsidy is affected by relevant parameters;when the level of fairness preference is low and the degree of diffusion is high, the government subsidies model has higher returns than the government-led model.
