马克思民生思想视域下基本公共服务建设的路径分析

The Path Analysis of Basic Public Service Construction from the Perspective of Marx’s People’s Livelihood Thought

基本公共服务作为民生建设的重点,是对人们生存和发展需要的满足。当前,我国基本公共服务建设领域存在发展失衡、供需矛盾、协同乏力、供给不足等问题,制约了民生的发展。基于马克思民生思想,基本公共服务建设应遵循的路径包括:以人民为中心,满足人民需要,实现人民利益;加强供给侧结构性改革,促进生产力的发展,增加基本公共服务的有效供给;优化和整合社会资源,实现政府、市场与社会组织的多元供给主体参与;积极推进基本公共服务均等化,实现民生共享。

Basic public services,as the focus of people’s livelihood construction,is to meet the needs of people’s survival and development.At present,there are some problems in the construction of basic public services in China,such as unbalanced development,contradiction between supply and demand,weak coordination and insufficient supply,which restrict the development of people’s livelihood.Based on the perspective of Marx’s people’s livelihood,this paper analyzes the realistic path of basic public service construction:the construction of basic public services should focus on the people,meet their needs and realize their interests;strengthen supply-side structural reforms,promote the development of productive forces,and increase the effective supply of basic public services;optimize and integrate social resources,and realize the participation of government,market and social organizations;actively promote the equalization of basic public services and realize the sharing of people’s livelihood.
