穴位埋线结合降压药治疗高血压病的临床疗效分析

Effect of acupoint embedding combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension

目的探讨穴位埋线结合降压药综合治疗高血压病后的疗效并从患者血浆内皮素水平的变化进行分析。方法将通过穴位埋线+降压药、单纯穴位埋线及单纯降压药有效治疗后的71例高血压病患者纳入统计分析,比较患者血浆内皮素治疗前后的水平变化。结果三组患者治疗后血压值均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穴位埋线+降压药组总有效率91.67%(显效率45.8%),降压药组有效率70.83%(显效率20.8%),穴位埋线组有效率65.22%(显效率17.4%),穴位埋线+降压药组总有效率及显效率均高于单纯穴位埋线组与降压药组。穴位埋线+降压药组治疗后的血浆内皮素水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),单纯穴位埋线组与单纯降压药组治疗后的血浆内皮素水平也均能降低(P<0.05);穴位埋线+降压药组血浆内皮素降低水平与单纯埋线组及单纯降压药组水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线结合降压药对高血压病血压值降低并保持正常具有显著疗效,可能与调节患者血浆内皮素的水平相关。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension and to analyze the changes of plasma endothelin(ET)level.Methods 71 patients with hypertension treated with acupoint embedding combined with antihypertensive drugs,simple acupoint embedding and simple antihypertensive drugs were included and statistical analysis was made to compare the changes of ET level before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,there was significant decrease in blood pressure of the patients in three groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group(acupoint embedding with antihypertensive drugs)was 91.67%(the marked effective rate,45.8%);the antihypertensive drug group,70.83%(the marked effective rate,20.8%);the acupoint embedding group,65.22%(the marked effective rate,17.4%).The total effective rate and the marked effective rate in the combination group were higher than the other two groups.The ET level of the combination group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).The ET level also decreased in the other two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the antihypertensive drug group and acupoint embedding group,there was statistical significance in the decrease of ET level of the combination group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint embedding combined with antihypertensive drugs has a significant effect on the reduction of hypertension and maintenance of normal blood pressure,which may be related to the regulation of plasma endothelin levels in patients.
