丹栀逍遥散加减治疗强直性脊柱炎改善抑郁症状的疗效观察

Effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis to improve depressive symptoms

目的观察丹栀逍遥散加减联合柳氮磺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎改善抑郁症状的临床观察,以期为临床治疗强直性脊柱炎改善抑郁症状提供有效治法。方法将101例强直性脊柱炎抑郁患者随机分治疗组51例和对照组50例,对照组给予常规治疗联合柳氮磺吡啶片加减口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予丹栀逍遥散加减,连续治疗60 d,观察两组治疗后中医证候积分、SDS评分、体征、BASDAI、BASFI评分及对ESR、CRP、不良反应等。结果①两组治疗后治疗组缓解率80.4%,对照组缓解率48.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组治疗后治疗组中医证候量表评分总有效率88.24%,对照组总有效率54.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清炎性因子(ESR)、BASDAI、BASFI评分、前后体征比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④两组在治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论丹栀逍遥散加减联合柳氮磺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎改善抑郁症状确有良好疗效,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical observation of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with sulfasalazine tablets in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)to improve depressive symptoms to provide clinical reference.Methods 101 patients with AS and depression were randomly divided into the treatment group(51)and the control group(50).The control group was given routine treatment combined with sulfasalazine tablets.The treatment group was given modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder on the basis of the control group for 60 days.TCM syndrome score,SDS score,signs,BASDAI,BASFI scores and ESR,CRP,adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results①After treatment,the remission rate was 80.4%in the treatment group and 48.0%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).②The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score was 88.24%in the treatment group and 54.0%in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).③There were significant differences in CRP,ESR,BASDAI,BASFI score and signs after treatment(P<0.05).④No adverse reactions was found during the treatment.Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with sulfasalazine tablets is effective in treating AS and improving depressive symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
