互联网背景下“捐赠式”众筹的困境及出路——以合肥市为例

The Dilemma and Solution of “Donation-style” Crowdfunding Under the Background of Internet——An Example of Hefei City

“捐赠式”众筹作为互联网时代推动我国公益事业“去行政化”改革的新兴业态,其利用互联网技术手段、众筹商业化思维以及无实物抵押的运营模式,使得公益活动能够项目化、高效化开展。但“捐赠式”众筹面临法律空白、概念不清、乱象频生等问题。文章通过分析各主体视角下“捐赠式”众筹问题,探究“捐赠式”众筹当前困境以及出路,对我国公益事业发展有着深远意义。

“Donation-style”crowdfunding is a new type of business in the Internet era to promote the“de-administrative”reform of public welfare undertakings in China.It makes use of Internet technology,crowdfunding commercialization thinking and the operation mode without physical mortgage,so that public welfare activities can be carried out in a project-based and efficient way.However,“donation-style”crowdfunding faces many problems,such as legal blank,unclear concept and frequent occurrence of chaos.By analyzing the problem of“donation-style”crowdfunding from the perspective of each subject,this paper explores the current difficulties and solutions of“donation-style”crowdfunding,which is of far-reaching significance to the development of public welfare undertakings in China.
