日本文学与翻译文学之间——以《失乐园》在中国的译介为例

Between Japanese Literature and Translation——An Example of the Translation of “A Lost Paradise” in China

外国文学被译介、传播之时,或多或少会受译入国政治、文化环境和经济模式等因素的影响,被译介到我国的渡边淳一文学也不例外。1998年《失乐园》(删节版)作为反对婚外恋的“道德说教小说”进入中国市场,2010年作为“纯爱小说”出版了全译本。2014年渡边淳一去世,再度掀起了译介新高潮,2017年末著名翻译家林少华重译《失乐园》。二十年来渡边淳一文学在中国的传播历程,既可透视出我国接受外国文学过程中社会文化、经济环境等方面的影响作用,又折射出了外国文学以翻译文学的样貌展露出来的传播史、研究史以及它们之间的互动关系。

When foreign literature is translated and spread in a country,it may be more or less influenced by the country’s social environment,cultural environment and economic model,and this is no exception for Watanabe Junichi’s literatures.In 1998,“A Lost Paradise”(abridged edition)was introduced to Chinese market as a“moralistic novel”against extramarital affair.It was published as a“pure love novel”(full translation)in 2010.Watanabe Junichi passed away in 2014 and there was a new wave of translation popularity.Lin Shaohua,a famous translator,translated“A Lost Paradise”again in 2017.A summary of two decades’development of Watanabe Junichi’s work in China can reflect the influence of social culture and economic environment in the process of accepting translation of foreign literature.It also reflects the history of communication,research and the interaction between foreign literature and translated literature.
