重力喂养联合非营养性吸吮对早产低出生体重儿喂养不耐受及生长发育的影响

Effect of gravity feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on feeding intolerance and growth of preterm low birth weight infants

目的探讨重力喂养联合非营养性吸吮对早产低出生体重儿喂养不耐受及生长发育的影响。方法选择2016年10月-2017年9月我院新生儿科收治的84例早产低出生体重儿为研究对象,采用前瞻性研究的方法随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组患儿给予常规鼻伺喂养,观察组给予重力喂养和非营养吸吮。比较两组喂养相关指标、喂养不耐受发生率、生长发育情况。结果观察组患儿胃管留置时间、出生体质量恢复时间、全胃肠营养时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);喂养不耐受发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);身高、头围、体质量增长速度,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重力喂养联合非营养吸吮有助于减少早产低出生体重儿喂养不耐受发生率,缩短完全实现经口喂养时间,促进患儿生长发育。

Objective To investigate the effect of gravity feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on feeding intolerance and growth of preterm low birth weight infants.Methods 84 infants with preterm low birth weight who were admitted to the neonatology department from October 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled.The prospective study was used,and the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group for 42 cases in each group.The infants in the control group were given routine nasal feeding,and the treatment group was given gravity feeding and non-nutritive sucking.The feeding related indicators,growth and feeding intolerance,and development of two groups were compared.Results The indwelling time,birth weight recovery time,total gastrointestinal nutrition time and hospitalization time of the children in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of feeding intolerance was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);height,head circumference,and body mass growth rate were significantly higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gravity feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance of premature low birth weight.shorten the time of complete oral feeding,and promote the growth and development of infants.
