企业吸收能力对创新绩效的影响——一个有调节的中介模型

Effect of Enterprise Absorptive Capacity on Innovative Performance ——A Moderated Mediation Model

针对企业吸收能力是如何影响创新绩效的问题,构建了一个以双元创新为中介变量、政治关联为调节变量的吸收能力作用于创新绩效的有调节的中介模型。以广东省与上海市的384家企业为样本进行检验,结果表明:双元创新在吸收能力影响创新绩效的过程中起到了完全中介作用;政治关联强化了吸收能力中的知识消化能力,并通过双元创新对企业绩效起正面影响。研究结论深化了对吸收能力如何影响创新绩效内在机理的理解,也为吸收能力、双元创新和政治关联理论与实践的发展提供了新的重要证据。

Aiming at how the absorptive capacity of enterprises affects innovation performance,we construct a moderated intermediary model in which the absorptive capability of enterprises acts on innovation performance with dual innovation as the mediating variable and political connection as the regulating variable,and then tests 384 enterprises in Guangdong and Shanghai.The results demonstrate that:dual innovation plays a complete intermediary role in the process of absorptive capacity influencing innovation performance;political connection strengthens the knowledge digestion ability in absorptive capability,and has a positive impact on enterprise performance through dual innovation.These conclusions deepen the understanding of how absorptive capability affects innovation performance,and provide new significant evidence for the development of absorptive capability,dual innovation and political relevance in both theory and practice.
