宫颈癌根治术后盆底功能变化及康复治疗研究进展

Research progress on changes of pelvic floor function and rehabilitation after radical hysterectomy

宫颈癌根治术及系统性的淋巴切除是早期宫颈癌治疗的标准方案,但手术损伤大,其引起的组织、神经、血管损伤将导致患者术后发生膀胱、直肠及性功能等障碍。目前术后女性盆底功能康复措施众多,方法主要包括盆底肌锻炼、电刺激治疗、生物反馈治疗、中医治疗等。术后早期通过专业的、针对性的康复治疗,能明显减少盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率,提升患者生活质量。

Radical hysterectomy(RH)and systematic lymphadenectomy are standard plans for early cervical cancer treatment,but the surgical injury is large.The tissue,nerve,and vascular damage caused by it will lead to bladder,rectum,and sexual function disorders.At present,there are a large number of post-operative female pelvic floor functional rehabilitation measures,including pelvic floor muscle exercise,electrical stimulation treatment,biofeedback treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The study showed that early post-operative rehabilitation treatment could significantly reduce the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
