Japanese Colonial Education Administration in “Guan Dong Zhou”

日本为达到完全殖民统治“关东州”的目的,从占领大连地区以后,就建立殖民教育行政管理机构。并在统治大连的40年期间,相继在军事管制期、军政统治期和民政统治期这三个不同时期,不断对其加强及完善,确保日本殖民者在旅大地区逐步推行殖民教育政策。

In order to make‘Guang Dong'under full colonial rule,Japan established the colonial education administration after having occupying the Dalian area.And Under their 40 years reign in Dalian,the colonial education administration were continuously strengthened and improved during the three stages from military control to military rule and civil administration,to ensure that Japanese colonists gradually implemented the colonial education policy in the Dalian area.
