摘要
师德是教师职业行为规范与非正式约束的职业精神或专业情操的综合。“师德”的形成过程应是一个教师自律与外在社会机制相互作用的过程。其中,教师自身的道德性需要是“师德”形成的关键,外在社会机制在“师德”形成过程中发挥着重要的引领与促进作用。中小学应把促进教师良好专业伦理规范的形成,提升教师的专业化水平以及构建完善的教师职业道德评价标准体系作为师德建设的重点。
Teacher's morality is a combination of professional behavioral norms and informal constraints of professionalism or professional sentiment.The formation of"teacher's morality"should be a interactive process from teachers’self-discipline to external social mechanism.Comparing these two aspects,we find“teacher’s self-discipline”,that is teacher’s moral needs,plays the essential role on the formation of teacher’s morality,and the external factors rather guide and promotes that.Primary and secondary schools should promote the formation of teachers'superior professional ethics,improve the professional level of teachers and construct a blameless evaluation system of teachers'professional ethics as the focus of teacher's morality construction.
