Progress in latest clinical combined application of negative pressure wound therapy

负压伤口疗法(NPWT)是近20多年来逐步发展并较为成熟的一项外科创面处理技术。该技术的实用性及疗效受到临床医师的认可。近年来,医务工作者在使用NPWT的基础上进行了诸多改进,联合物理治疗,促进创面愈合;联合灌洗液,使伤口表面水化,有利于加强清创等,各种不同灌洗液的成分也对创面起到促进等积极作用。本文通过总结NPWT的最新国内外临床应用及研究进展,从而通过分析现状,提出笔者对NPWT在联合应用方面的看法与见解。

The negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is a surgical wound treatment technology which has been developed and matured in the past two decades.The practicality and efficacy of this technique are recognized by clinicians.In recent years,health care workers have made many improvements on the basis of using NPWT.For example,a combination of NPWT and physiotherapy can promote wound healing.Combined with instillation can make the wound surface hydration,it is conducive to strengthen debridement.A variety of different lavage fluid ingredients also plays positive role in promoting wound healing.By summarizing the latest clinical application and research progress of NPWT at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the authors′views and opinions on the combined application of NPWT through analyzing the current situation.
