摘要
对番茄果实从绿熟向破色转化过程中乙烯合成相关基因的表达情况进行了检测,并利用iTRAQ技术分析了转化过程中果实蛋白质组的变化.结果表明:乙烯合成相关基因LeACS1、LeACS2、LeACS4、LeACO1及LeACO4的表达显著上升,与叶绿体、线粒体以及核糖体相关蛋白的代谢非常活跃.
The expression changes of genes involved in ethylene biosynthesis in tomato fruit from mature green stage to breaker stage were measured.The proteomic alteration was analyzed as well.The results indicated that the expressions of LeACS1,LeACS2,LeACS4,LeACO1 and LeACO4 were up-regulated significantly.In addition,the metabolism of proteins related to chloroplast,mitochondrion and ribosome in tomato fruit was active in the transition process from mature green to breaker.
