摘要 构建特种设备精准监管平台,对提高特种设备监管工作的质量和效率,保证特种设备安全、创建平安社会具有极其重要作用和意义。本文通过当前国内特种设备生产安全现状分析,对比了国内外特种设备安全监管模式,并以北京市西城区特种设备监管平台运行需求为设计实例,以前后端分离为开发模式,基于MySQL数据库系统,采用SSM体系架构,搭建服务器系统;基于MVVM模式的采用VUE框架搭建前端浏览器平台;采用JAVA、JAVASCRIPT、HTML编程工具语言编制前/后端软件系统,设计实现了特种设备精准监管平台。 Constructing a precision supervision platform for special equipment is of great significance and significance for improving the quality and efficiency of special equipment supervision work,ensuring the safety of special equipment and creating a safe society.This paper analyzesthe current domestic special equipment production safety status,compares the domestic and international special equipment safety supervision mode,and takes the operation demand of the special equipment supervision platform of Xicheng District of Beijing as the design example.A server systemis builtbased on the MySQL database andthe SSM architectureusing the former back-end separation development mode.The VUE framework is used to build the front-end browser platform.The JAVA,JAVASCRIPT,and HTML programming tools are used to compile the front/back software system,and the special equipment precision supervision platform is designed and implemented.
