永磁同步曳引机定子绕组匝间短路故障对电梯运行的影响 被引量:2

摘要 定子绕组匝间短路为永磁同步曳引机的一种常见故障,严重影响电梯正常运行。本文分析电动机匝间短路产生的原因,描述匝间短路时电梯的表现特征,总结出电梯温度、电流、噪声、运行平稳度等的综合现象来判定电梯的匝间短路故障,结合实际案例分析电梯曳引机定子绕组匝间短路故障。 The stator winding Inter-turn short circuit fault of permanent magnet synchronous traction machine is a common problem,which seriously affects the normal operation of the elevator.In this paper,the causes of interturn short circuit of motor are analyzed,and the performance characteristics of elevator during turn-to-turn short circuit are described.It summarizes the comprehensive phenomena of elevator temperature,current,noise and running stability to judge the inter-turn short circuit fault of elevator.At last,it analyzes inter-turn short circuit fault in stator winding of elevator traction machine based on practical cases.
