摘要
剪力墙结构是目前新建高层住宅中选用最多的结构形式,剪力墙混凝土强度达不到设计强度等级要求的现象时有发生。置换混凝土加固法因其在加固后不改变原有结构形式,对建筑物使用空间不影响,且对后期使用各种影响最小,是住宅类建筑的最优加固方法。传统的置换混凝土法需要设置大量支撑,而免支撑置换剪力墙混凝土法可节约大量支撑费用开支。通过对多个高层住宅模型计算分析,并结合已成功的工程案例,总结免支撑置换剪力墙混凝土方法的控制原则。
Shear wall structure is the most selected structu ral form in newly built high-rise residential buildings at present,and the concrete strength of shear wall cannot meet the requirements of design strength grade from time to time.Replacement concrete reinforcement method is the most optimal reinforcement method for residential buildings because it does not change the original structural form after reinforcement,has no effect on the use space of buildings,and has the least influence on the later use.The traditional replacement concrete method needs a lot of support,while the non-support replacement shear wall concrete method can save a lot of support cost.Through the calculation and analysis of several high-rise residential models,and combined with the successful engineering cases,The control principles of concrete method for shear wall without bracing replacement are summarized.
