Application of Information Management System in Government Investment Project Management

对政府投资项目管理当中存在的问题进行分析。论证运用信息管理系统是提高政府投资项目管理水平及效率的重要手段;结合项目管理部门基本管理目标及工作需求,提出面向政府投资项目管理的信息管理系统基本设计思路。

This paper analyses the problems existing in the management of government-invested projects,demonstrates that the use of information management system is an important means to improve the management level and efficiency of government-invested projects,and puts forward the basic design ideas of information management system oriented to government-invested project management in combination with the basic management objectives and work needs of project management departments.
