基于某建筑用房基桩完整性检测、单桩竖向抗压静载试验及取芯结果进行分析研究,对该工程出现基桩完整性Ⅰ类但单桩承载力不能满足设计要求的事故进行总结分析。该工程基桩问题出现的主要原因为地勘未及时发现软土层,验证了基桩检测中不仅要考虑施工质量问题,还应综合考虑地勘资料、设计资料的重要性。

Based on a building foundations pile integrity testing,single pile vertical compressive static load test and the result of core analysis,the project of the foundation pile integrityⅠclass but accident of single pile bearing capacity does not meet the design requirements of summary analysis,the main causes of engineering pile problem geological exploration,failed to timely find the soft soil foundation pile test is verified in should not only consider the construction quality problem,should also be comprehensive geological exploration data,the importance of design data.
