碳金融生态环境评价体系构建及实证分析——以四川省为例

Establishment and Empirical Analysis of Carbon Finance Eco-environment Assessment System——Take Sichuan Province as an example

在经济新常态背景下,生态文明建设和绿色发展理念为碳交易市场的建设提供了良好的基础。碳金融作为我国碳市场建设的重要工具,在减少碳排放方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。四川省是全国第八家、非试点地区首家拥有国家备案碳交易机构的省份,因此,以四川省为例,构建碳金融生态环境评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法进行实证分析,研究得出:2012-2017年碳金融生态环境的综合得分是不断上升的,表明碳金融生态环境在逐渐变好。最后,结合实证结果与四川省的发展实际,提出相应的对策建议。

Under the background of the new normal economy,the construction of ecological civilization and the concept of green development provide a good foundation for the construction of carbon trading market. As an important tool for China’s carbon market construction,carbon finance plays an important role in reducing carbon emissions. Sichuan Province is the eighth and the first province in the non-pilot area with national carbon trading institutions. Therefore,taking Sichuan Province as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of carbon financial ecological environment,and makes an empirical analysis by using factor analysis method. The results show that the comprehensive score of carbon financial ecological environment is rising from 2012 to 2017,which indicates that the carbon financial ecological environment is gradually improving. Finally,combined with the empirical results and the actual development of Sichuan Province,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
