地方竞争对产业集聚程度的空间效应分析

Spatial Effect Analysis of Local Competition on Industrial Agglomeration

基于2003——2017年间全国29个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,通过选择球面距离矩阵,建立空间杜宾模型,得出地方竞争对区域产业集聚程度产生空间溢出效应的结论。并且通过对东、中、西部三大区域分别做空间回归,得出地方竞争对区域之间的空间效应存在异质性。因此,政府应充分发挥地方竞争和官员晋升机制所带来的正向效应,重视区域均衡发展,制约行政垄断行为。

Based on the panel data of 29 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government from 2003 to 2017,this paper establishes a spatial Dubin model by selecting the spherical distance matrix,and concludes that local competition has a spatial spillover effect on regional industrial agglomeration.Moreover,through spatial regression of the three major regions of eastern,central and western regions,it is concluded that local competition has heterogeneity on the spatial effects between regions.Therefore,the government should give full play to the positive effects brought about by local competition and the promotion mechanism of officials,attach importance to regional balanced development,and restrict administrative monopoly behavior..
