创业教育调节效应下的创业者特质与创业意愿关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Traits and Entrepreneurial Intention under the Regulation Effect of Entrepreneurial Education

创业教育研究既有利于丰富我国创业教育理论的发展,又有利于改进我国创业教育实践活动。在构建创业教育调节效应下创业者特质对创业意愿影响的关系模型后,利用SPSS软件对736份样本数据进行回归分析和调节分析。研究发现:模糊容忍度与主动性人格对创业意愿有显著的正向影响;创业教育干涉调节了风险倾向对创业意愿的影响并增强调节了主动性人格对创业意愿的影响。最后,提出未来的创业教育既要关注创业者风险倾向对创业意愿的不利影响,又要加强创业者主动性人格特质对创业意愿的有利影响。

Under the background of"double creation",the issue of entrepreneurship education has become one of the hotspots of research.The research in this field not only enriches the development of entrepreneurship education theory in China,but also helps to improve the practice of entrepreneurship education in China.After constructing the relationship model between entrepreneurship traits and entrepreneurship intention under the moderating effect of entrepreneurship education,736 sample data were analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that the tolerance for ambiguity and proactive personality had significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial education interferes and moderates the influence of risk taking on entrepreneurial intention,and enhances and moderates the influence of proactive personality on entrepreneurial intention.Finally,it is proposed that future entrepreneurship education should not only pay attention to the negative impact of entrepreneurs'risk orientation on entrepreneurship intention,but also strengthen the positive impact of entrepreneurs'initiative personality traits on entrepreneurship intention.
