Normative effect of PDCA circulation management on clinical application of narcotic drugs in hospitals

目的:探讨麻醉药品PDCA循环管理方式对规范性应用的影响;方法:选取麻醉药品使用病例441例,分为两组,对照组247例采用传统管理方法进行麻醉药品管理,观察组194例将PDCA循环管理法应用于麻醉药品管理,比较两组病例的处方书写情况、交接程序、临床使用情况。结果:观察组麻醉药品处方合格率、临床交接得到显著规范化,同时临床使用不良事件发生率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理模式应用于麻醉药品管理可提高其临床使用的安全性与规范性,减少不良事件的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of anesthetic drug PDCA cycle management on the normative application.Methods:441 cases of narcotic drug use were selected and divided into two groups.In the control group,247 cases were managed by traditional methods,while in the observation group,194 cases were managed by PDCA circulation method.The prescription writing,handover procedure and clinical use of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the qualified rate of prescription and clinical handover of anesthetic drugs were significantly standardized,and the incidence of adverse events in clinical use was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management model in the management of anesthetic drugs can improve the safety and standardization of clinical use and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
