摘要
人口老龄化问题已成为全球共性问题,备受国际社会的普遍关注和重视。通过对我国老年教育发展现状的分析,发现目前老年教育存在教育研究指导理论不足、体制机制不完善、教育模式单一等问题。提出构建完善组织机构,提供政策保障,基于泛在学习理念、体验学习理论、情景认知理论、学习支架等学习理论,依托开放大学构建多元化学习、线上线下混合式教学、社区养教结合的多元化老年教育模式路径,以保障老年群体的学习权利,实现"老有所为、老有所学、老有所乐"的目标。
The problem of population aging has become a global common problem,which is concerned widely.Through the analysis of the present situation and theory of the development of elderly education in China, this paper finds that there are some problems in elderly education, such as insufficient guiding theory of educational research, imperfect system and mechanism, and single education mode, etc. This paper puts forward the construction and perfection of organization to provide policy guarantee. Based on the learning theories of ubiquitous learning concept, experience learning theory, situated cognitive theory and scaffolding instruction, this paper proposes to build diversified elderly education modes, such as,relying on the open university to build the diversified learning paths, developing online and offline blended teaching mode,building a combination of elderly service and education relying on the community, and constructing multiple teaching and learning places, etc.
