摘要
针对当前三维工艺设计应用需求,提出了一种三维装配工艺设计系统框架。在分析工艺数据集成的基础上,设计了三维装配快速工艺设计流程。通过对三维装配模型轻量化转换,以及对三维装配工艺动画仿真的研究,实现了以三维装配动画仿真指导现场装配生产的应用方式,并通过装配实践验证了其有效性。
Aiming at the requirement of current 3D process design planning,a three-dimensional assembly process planning system framework was proposed.Based on the analysis of process data integration,a three-dimensional assembly rapid process planning flow was designed.Through the lightweight conversion of the 3D assembly model and the study of 3D assembly process animation simulation,3D assembly animation was realized to guide on-site production,and its effectiveness was verified by the assembly practice.
