摘要
在城市中斜拉桥常常作为跨越交通繁忙的既有线路桥梁的首选桥型,采用转体法施工具有显著的优越性。郑万高铁河南段32+138+138+32m预应力混凝土独塔斜拉桥跨越徐兰高铁,全桥重心高,主梁平曲线半径小,悬臂大,转体施工过程中对结构的平衡性、稳定性、就位精度均需要严格要求,以保证转体施工过程的安全、可靠和精确就位。通过理论分析与实际测试相结合,分别制定相应的施工控制方法。同时对转体的体系转换、安全控制和转体实施过程控制等关键技术进行总结,为今后小曲率半径偏心斜拉桥转体施工提供参考。
Cable-stayed Bridges are often used as the preferred bridge type for crossing existing lines with heavy traffic in cities.The 32+138+138+32m prestressed concrete single-tower cable-stayed bridge in the henan section of zheng-wan high-speed railway spans the xu-lan high-speed railway.The gravity center of the whole bridge is high,the radius of the flat curve of the main beam is small,and the cantilever is large.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical test,the corresponding construction control methods are formulated respectively.At the same time,the key technologies such as system transformation,safety control and process control of the rotating body are summarized,which can provide reference for the construction of the rotating body of the eccentric cable-stayed bridge with small curvature radius in the future.
