劝导式设计在预防白领“腕管综合症”中的研究

Persuasion Design Research for Preventing White-collar "Carpal Tunnel Syndrome"

通过对白领手部操作场景分析,得到影响白领手部健康的因素,然后运用Fogg行为模型从动机、能力和触发因素三个角度总体上对用户行为进行分析,结合现有的劝导策略提出游戏化任务、精简操作、提示与警告等方法,增加白领对于手部不良习惯的认知度、减少行为改善障碍,为预防“腕管综合症”方法进行补充。

Through the analysis of the white-collar hand operation scene,the factors affecting the white-collar hand health are obtained.Then,using the Fogg behavior model,the user behavior is analyzed from the perspectives of motivation,ability and triggering factors.Finally,the way is proposed based on the existing persuasion strategy such as gamification tasks,streamlining operations,prompts and warnings,helps white-collar to increase the barriers to awareness of poor hand habits and reduce behavior,and supplements method for preventing the occurrence of"Carpal tunnel syndrome".
