摘要
介绍了拖拉机D5506支架的结构特点、质量要求、铸造工艺及出现的砂眼、夹砂、气孔及缩孔等铸造缺陷情况。结合生产实际,分析了产生缺陷的原因,采取了控制型(芯)砂质量、铸型烘烤工艺及烘烤过程控制、更严格规范的操作、设置冷铁、调整化学成分及控制浇注温度等改进措施,结果,基本消除了支架的缺陷,显著提高了产品质量。
Structural characteristics,quality requirements,foundry technology of the D5506 tractor bracket and casting defects such as sand holes,sand inclusion,blowhole,and shrinkage cavity present in it were introduced.Connecting with the production practice,the reason why the casting defects happened was analyzed.The corresponding precautions were adopted with the result that the defects in the bracket have been largely eliminated,thus improving the product quality significantly.
