摘要
碱性酚醛树脂自硬砂工艺,因其优良的性能,在铸钢件特别是中小型铸钢件上得到了广泛的的应用。但由于其再生处理相对困难,影响了其更大的发展。近年来由于绿色铸造新材料宝珠砂的推广应用,以及各种再生工艺及设备的不断完善,加上树脂固化剂系统的进步,越来越多的中小型铸钢件生产厂家采用这种工艺进行技术改造,取得了投资少、见效快、经济及社会效益双丰收的效果。本文介绍宝珠砂碱性酚醛自硬砂工艺的特点,应用工艺关键点,以及相关的再生方法、应用实例和应用效果。
Alkaline phenolic resin bonded sand has been popularly used since the 1980s,especially in small and medium-sized cast steel parts producing,because of its excellent performance.However,due to its relative difficulties in sand recycling,it restricts much more application of this self-hardening system.In recent years,in virtue of the promotion and application of ceramic sand,and the continuous improvement of various sand reclamation processes and equipment,coupled with the progress of resin curing agent system,more and more small and medium-sized cast steel parts manufacturers choose to use this technic progress,and have achieved economic and social benefits.This paper introduces the characteristics of the ceramic sand alkaline phenolic resin self-hardening process,the key points of the application in foundry,and the related reclamation methods,also,gives some application examples.
