从肾论治子宫内膜异位症

Treating endometriosis from Shen

子宫内膜异位症是指具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织(腺体和间质)出现在子宫腔被覆内膜以外的其他部位而引起的病症。本文通过分析子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMT)现代医学研究进展、子宫内膜异位症与肾的关系,结合中医基础理论与临床辨证体会,指出肾在子宫内膜异位症发病中的重要地位,探究从肾论治子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。

Endometriosis is a condition caused by the growth of endometrial tissue(gland and stroma) in the uterine cavity covering other parts of the lining of the lining. By analyzing the progress of modern medical research of EMT, the relationship between EMT and Shen(肾), the basic theory of TCM and syndrome differentiation, the important role of Shen in pathogenesis of EMT was pointed out;the efficacy on EMT from Shen was explored.
