神曲消食口服液治疗小儿功能性消化不良脾虚气滞证的临床观察

Observation on treating pediatric FD of the Pixu Qizhi syndrome with the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid

目的:探讨神曲消食口服液治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。方法:将80例FD患者被随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各40例。试验组给予常规中成药神曲消食口服液治疗;对照组单独采用多潘立酮治疗。连续治疗2周。治疗前,记录患者症状总积分,治疗结束后,再次计算患者症状总积分,以评价神曲消食口服液的临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较两组症状积分均有明显降低,且试验组疗效优于对照组。试验组治愈15例,显效14例,有效7例,总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的65.00%。结论:神曲消食口服液对脾虚气滞型FD有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid(神曲消食口服液) on functional dyspepsia(FD) of the Pixu Qizhi syndrome(脾虚气滞型). Methods: 80 FD patients were randomly divided into the test group(40 cases, given the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid) and control group(40 cases, treated with domperidone), with two continuous weeks in groups. The symptom total integral were recorded before and after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy of the Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid. Results: The symptom total integral in groups were significantly decreased;and the efficacy in the test group was superior to the control group. In the test group, 14 patients were cured;11 patients were markedly effective;and 8 patients were effective. The total efficiency in the test group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 65.00% in the control group. Conclusion: The Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid shows a superior effect on FD of the Pixu Qizhi syndrom, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
