五子衍宗汤合加味四逆汤治疗继发性不孕症的临床效果观察

Efficacy of the Wuzi Yanzong decoction plus Sini decoction on secondary infertility

目的:使用五子衍宗汤合加味四逆汤治疗继发性不孕症,并分组进行临床效果观察。方法:将我院在2010年2月-2018年3月进行继发性不孕症治疗的患者共计68例进行随机分组,分为实验组与对比组,各34例患者。实验组患者使用五子衍宗汤合加味四逆汤进行治疗;对比组使用逍遥散对患者进行治疗;疗程后对治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗后实验组治疗效果较对比组更好,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:使用五子衍宗汤合加味四逆汤对继发性不孕症患者有着较好的治疗效果,能够很好的缓解患者病痛,使患者能够较快恢复,有临床推广价值。

Objective: To observe the effect of the Wuzi Yanzong decoction(五子衍宗汤) plus Sini decoction(四逆汤) on secondary infertility. Methods: 68 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, 34 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with the Wuzi Yanzong decoction plus Sini decoction;the control group was treated with Xiaoyao San(逍遥散). The efficacy in groups was compared. Results: The efficacy in the experimental group was better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Wuzi Yanzong decoction plus Sini decoction on secondary infertility shows a better effect and promotion value, can alleviate the pain and quickly recover.
